Yvonne DeLaRosa, sometimes De La Rosa or Delarosa, is an American television and film actress. Internationally recognized from television and film, Yvonne DeLaRosa is considered one of the most beautiful Latin-American actresses of our time. Heralded as the new wave of Latino talent by Jimmy Smits, Esai Morales and Sonia Braga at the National Hispanic Foundation for the Arts in Washington, DC, DeLaRosa also accepted the winning award for the 2009 Imagen Awards for Best Live Theatrical Performance in "8 Ways to say i love my life and mean it"

Full Name: Yvonne DeLaRosa Green.[1] DeLaRosa lives in Malibu, California.[2] Her mother is the daughter of visionary Colombian artists.

Career

DeLaRosa first came to attention after comedy director Betty Thomas discovered her and cast her as the series lead in the 2003 FOX series, Senor White.[3] DeLaRosa then appeared in hit TV shows such as NYPD Blue, Judging Amy, The King of Queens, The Closer, Weeds, Eli Stone and How I Met Your Mother.[3] DeLaRosa appears in an upcoming 2010 film, Oscar Night.
